30-Day Product Guarantee
NOVA Cosmetics accepts returned merchandise within thirty (30) days of receiving the items for any reason (shipping and handling not refundable). Just let us know why the product did not meet your satisfaction by contacting a NOVA email us at email@example.com
Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip and/or a copy of the receipt then refunds or product credit will be made.
What are my shipping options & costs?
Free shipping option is unlocked for all orders over 100$, depending on the region you are shopping from.
Standard shipping takes 5-8 days and costs 8$.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has arrived to your country.
When will my order ship?
Defective or Damaged Product
In the event that product is defective or arrives damaged from a Carrier, the customer will need to submit a claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please contact a NOVA Cosmetics customer care agent or email firstname.lastname@example.org. NOVA Cosmetics will send a replacement once the request is processed. Customers are asked to include digital photo(s) of the damaged or defective product so NOVA Cosmetics can forward to our Carrier.
Stolen or Lost Shipment Claims
NOVA will include tracking numbers for every package sent. The customer is responsible for checking with their local postal carrier if a tracking number shows a package was delivered yet the customer has not received it. In this case, the customer will be required to file a lost/stolen claim with their local post office. After a shipment has been reported lost with the local carrier, a request may be made with NOVA Cosmetics for replacement of the lost shipment.
Returning Products to NOVA Cosmetics
Requests for product exchanges or returns must be submitted and approved by a NOVA Cosmetics customer care agent. or email us at email@example.com. If approved, a customer care representative will provide instructions for your return with a return authorization number and our return mailing address. We will ship replacement products within 2 business days through standard rate shipping service
